Description
The lecture Luft- und Raumfahrtmedizin (aviation and space medicine) deals with the following topics: physics of the atmosphere, respiration and circulation, mechanical altitude effects, decompression sickness, ebulism, hypoxia, cabin pressure and decompression, acceleration, spatial disorientation and air sickness, thermo-physiological problems, optical and vestibular disorientation, medical, physiological and psychological problems in the 3rd dimension and at altitude, new procedures and regulations especially in the view of the European regulations.
