TUM-RSA at the ISPRS Congress 2026: Presentations, Exhibition, and Tutorials
We had a fantastic week at the ISPRS Congress 2026! It was a great opportunity to connect with the international community, share our latest methodologies, and discuss the future of geospatial research.
A major highlight of the event was the joint TUM exhibition booth. It successfully showcased a wide range of geodetic and Earth observation research from the Technical University of Munich. Our RSA group was thrilled to be part of this vibrant setup, and we really enjoyed the inspiring discussions with attendees who stopped by.

py4dgeo Tutorial
In addition to the main sessions, we teamed up with the 3DGeo group from Heidelberg University to host a hands-on tutorial on py4dgeo. The session was a huge success, with strong participation and great coding energy!
For those who missed it: py4dgeo is an open-source Python library specifically designed for 3D/4D point cloud analysis and change detection. It provides efficient tools and methods for processing multitemporal point cloud data.
