We are pleased to announce that members of our chair contributed to the upcoming 5th Symposium on Space Educational Activities (SSEA 2026), co-organized by ESA and TUM and taking place in Taufkirchen (Munich), April 8–10, 2026. Ramón María García Alarcia, Sydney Dolan, and Vincenzo Messina were involved in the organization of the event. Additionally, three papers from our chair were accepted for presentation:
- "EventSat: A CubeSat Mission for Neuromorphic Vision-Based Space Object Detection" (García Alarcia, Dolan, Sindermann, Juan Oliver, Schuberth, Messina, Salmaso, Golkar),
- "Orbital Decay and End-of-Life Compliance of Propulsionless CubeSats in Low Earth Orbit" (Subhash, Dolan, Golkar),
- "Addressing Scalability Issues in IEEE 1516-2010 High Level Architecture (HLA) Hardware in the Loop Simulations" (Geschwandtner, Sindermann, Golkar).
We look forward to presenting our research and to welcoming the space educational community to Munich!
