We congratulate Christian on the successful completion of his doctorate at the LCC. He wrote his dissertation on ‘Enhancing composite crushing prediction with strain-rate-dependent numerical models’. He worked on the CraCPit project, which dealt with the design of crash structures for sailplanes, and successfully led it for the chair. Thank you, Christian, for establishing the topic at our chair and creating a basis for many other applications.
