Mr. Grohnfeldt and Prof. Zhu won the IGARSS Symposium Prize Paper Award 2016


Our team member Claas Grohnfeldt and the team leader Prof. Xiaoxiang Zhu won the IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Symposium (IGARSS) Symposium Prize Paper Award 2016 for their work “Towards a combined sparse representation and unmixing based hybrid hyperspectral resolution enhancement method” presented in IGARSS 2015. Together with one other paper, their work was judged by the GRSS Symposium Award Committee to be of exceptional merit and the best out of 1083 papers presented at the  IGARSS 2015. The honorarium of US$1250 will be shared among the authors of both papers.
